National and international sports justice
This training provided by the law firm Laurent Fellous offers a clear and operational vision of sports justice, in France and internationally. It allows sports professionals to identify key players, understand procedures and anticipate legal risks. Thanks to a pedagogy based on experience and the analysis of real cases, participants develop solid reflexes to act effectively.

Mastering international bodies and procedures
This first part of the training is devoted to the mechanisms of international sports justice. Participants learn about the functioning of international federations, their internal bodies, their competences and their disciplinary procedures. Particular attention is paid to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), to its central role in the settlement of sports disputes, as well as to the key stages of arbitration. Appeals before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights are also analyzed. Finally, an in-depth look at issues related to doping, controls, offences and sanctions is proposed. Through scenarios and practical cases, participants learn how to structure a legal strategy adapted to international challenges.
Understanding the mechanisms of national sports justice
The second part of the training is devoted to national bodies and procedures. It makes it possible to identify the respective roles of federations, professional leagues and specialized commissions, whether sports, legal or disciplinary. Participants also discover the missions of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee, in particular in terms of conciliation and arbitration. The functioning of administrative and judicial courts is studied, as well as the distribution of competences between the different orders. Practical cases, including the referé Liberté, illustrate the concrete challenges encountered by sports actors. This operational approach helps professionals to secure their decisions and to react effectively in litigation situations.
